The article introduces the Computer-assisted Chemical Synthesis (CaCS) database, which consolidates existing open data sources into a single, programmatically accessible resource. It enables continuous access to both original and processed data, ensuring reusability and traceability for downstream applications such as chemical synthesis and retrosynthesis outcome prediction. Additionally, the CaCS database provides a fully reproducible environment for transparent processing and benchmarking.
