Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) is well known as an emerging technology that enables you to degrade disease-causing proteins directly. TPD includes PROTAC, molecular glue, AUTAC, LYTAC, TRAFTAC, RIBOTAC, RIPTAC, ENDTAC etc.
